Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at info@cannastylehome.com with your order # and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
- We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
- We will email you once your return is received and processed.
Shipping
- All orders $50 and up ship free within the USA.
- For orders less than $75 or International orders, charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will see the cost during checkout before confirming your order.
- Shipping time for orders within the USA are quoted at checkout. Standard shipping takes roughly 4-8 business days depending on your location. Priority Shipping takes roughly 2 - 5 business days.
- We ship to North America, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
- Shipping time for orders outside the USA is approximately 2-4 weeks. In some cases where there is a delay in transit, it can take up to 5 weeks. Please allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to get updated by the carrier.
- All shipments are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation, and then handed over to the carrier for shipping to your destination.
