Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at info@cannastylehome.com with your order # and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
We will email you once your return is received and processed.

Shipping

All orders $50 and up ship free within the USA.
For orders less than $75 or International orders, charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will see the cost during checkout before confirming your order.
Shipping time for orders within the USA are quoted at checkout. Standard shipping takes roughly 4-8 business days depending on your location. Priority Shipping takes roughly 2 - 5 business days.
We ship to North America, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping time for orders outside the USA is approximately 2-4 weeks. In some cases where there is a delay in transit, it can take up to 5 weeks. Please allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to get updated by the carrier.
All shipments are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation, and then handed over to the carrier for shipping to your destination.
